It's been a long year but we will soon "again" be able to carry our handguns concealed in National Parks. Assuming the state allows concealed carry and your permit is valid in that particular state. It's time for a National Concealed Carry Permit but that is a whole different story.

Even Democrats don't want an "Assault Weapon Ban"
Sixty-five pro-gun democrats wrote a letter to Attorney General Holder stating that we have more important things to do then worry about a weopons ban. The letter goes on to state the the last "ban" was ineffective and the danger of the guns is overstated.

One More Idiot Who Thinks He Knows How to Protect Us
Reverend Melvin Whitley thinks he can save us all from those criminals who have guns. He believes that we should all be required to get a permit before we purchase ammo. Since criminals won't be able to get a permit they won't be able to buy ammo legally for that gun that they illegally own.

More about the Big Bad Wolf
Yesterday Deputy Interior Secretary Lynn Scarlett announced the intentions to remove the gray wolf from protection of the Endangered Species Act in the Western Great Lakes region and portions of the Northern Rocky Mountains. Following legal procedures, the USFWS will post the Final Rule in the Federal Registry next week.

Some Gray Wolves No Longer Endangered This Week
Seems like every few months they delist these wolves, then someone gets sued and they relist them. Except for in Wyoming, where they still must keep them listed because they haven't done enough to help the recover. This is like a soap opera.
